Miss K and I have a long history. I have been photographing her since she was a newborn 2 years ago. She is still one of my most favorite newborn sessions. And then I saw her throughout the first year and now she is 2 and is going to be a big sister very soon! I am so excited for this family. They are hands down one of my most favorite families and I was so sad to hear they are moving back home to Chicago. Mom and K were down to finalize some things for the move and we fit in her two year session at the same time. I hope to be traveling up there for future sessions. So if anyone lives in Chicago who wants a session let me know.

I love these shots when they are just learning to walk. Hands in the air for balance.
And now… a sweet, beautiful 2 year old.
Who wasn’t so sure about me at first but eventually I won her over with my “bike.”
Now if Mom was holding him he was all smiles but when we put him down he just gave me the blank stare. Sometimes I just think they are wondering why that big black box is attached to my face. LOL! Nonetheless he was adorable no matter what he was thinking. Thank you mom for bringing that sweet boy back to visit me.
